In many organisations coaching is practised quite informally and is
managed by in-house coaching leaders who have various levels of expertise.
To keep such leader’s skills constantly up to date and at a consistent level
can be difficult and time consuming in terms of external course attendance.
To overcome this 3CCCs deliver coaching workshops on-site directed at
maintaining standards, updating and practising skill sets and creating,
supervising and monitoring ongoing co-coaching groups internal to the
organisation in order to maintain uniform levels of expertise.
Additionally, introductory coaching workshops with associated co-coaching
arrangements are also available and are created specifically to the
individual client’s own requirements on any aspect of coaching or mentoring.
Facilitation of such internal workshops is also available.
