How do you "heal" dysfunctional, under-performing or demoralised teams? By providing them with progressive, integrative solutions based upon their own shared development of common personal beliefs and values! A wealth of understanding of personal engagement, motivation, achievement and resultant personal wellbeing comes from the discipline of psychotherapeutic work with individuals. Taken to a group or team healing level, these same modalities are used effectively to engage and motivate individuals within their teams or groups and thereby create both personal and organisational wellbeing. The aim of the 3CCCs Team Healing programme is to highlight key ethics of the organisation and move through cycles of personal value-awareness in order to close any gap between these personal values and the observable behaviour/performance at work. A business is not composed of “they” or “them”, it is US, and WE create the environment that WE deserve through OUR group interaction and behaviour. By bringing OUR personal values into the foreground, marrying them to corporate requirements, WE bring personal well-being to ourselves which WE share through OUR actions with OUR colleagues and WE provide more productive returns to OUR organisation through OUR commitment and engagement.
