HelixSys™ was inspired by the work of Peter Senge and his colleagues, and the publication of the U-model by the Society of Organisational Learning. It is designed to provide a radical but efficient method of evaluating need, creating response based on new thinking, implementing rapidly whilst dynamically adapting to changing circumstances during the period – reformulating as the operating environment itself evolves, no matter how complex the structure or how difficult the task.

HelixSys™ uses rapid prototyping, piloting and constant feedback loops to enable the implementation of changes that reflect the reality of the complex, changing and highly interrelated corporate world. Static change initiatives often fail to hit this highly mobile target. HelixSys™ is a radical departure from traditional consulting methods. HelixSys™ leaves control with the client and thereby limits costs through the use of the client’s own innate capabilities.

Change is often made in isolation, ignoring the effect of the change on the greater whole. HelixSys™ overcomes this shortcoming, it is based upon the principle that change in one part affects the whole, change cannot be made in isolation. Accordingly, all stakeholders are involved in this adaptive approach to change.
