Created in conjunction with Kings College Hospital NHS Primary Care Trust
specifically for the NHS environment, this course is an inter-disciplinary,
highly interactive course designed to embed coaching techniques within the
individual management styles of senior management, nursing and medical staff
including senior Consultants and Heads of Department, Directors and senior
executives across all disciplines.
Conducted across several one-day modules (number dependent upon client
specific requirement) the theoretical knowledge is fast-tracked into peoples
experience through a sequence of master-classes, co-coaching experiences and
practical demonstrations designed to embed the new skills in a manner that
allows the individual to utilise them within their own personally distinct
management style.
Normally delivered as three one-day modules with time in between to
enable the new learning to be experienced in practical terms the course may
be easily extended to accommodate the individual organisations specific
requirements.
