Measurement

 

3CCCs believe that our clients deserve and should expect measurement of the effects of coaching and other development services. Whilst we are confident that 3CCCs provides excellent value, clients need to know as clearly as possible the overall productive return on investment.

3CCCs offer a range of diagnostic and reporting tools that incorporate not only the more well known 360˚ and psychometrics but some that go further, dig deeper and lead to sustainable change. Examples are the top team diagnostic Executap™ and the more subjective issues-based InnerVision for deep understanding of embedded attitudes and behaviours within the organisation.

Measurement involves costs and we work with you to identify those aspects that are most important to you. 3CCCs work with each client’s in-house project manager to determine what are for them and their organisation the most critical factors and criteria, and then together develop the most effective means of measuring these. Typically they include:

  • Ensuring that the goals of any project are as clearly defined as possible and that the extent of achievement against them is assessed.
  • Assessment of the value to the organisation of the achievement of goals, both at individual and organisational level, particularly those of strategic importance.
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the processes involved, so that they may be refined to be even more effective in the client’s own environment and circumstances.
  • Employment of recognised measurement tools and the creation of feedback reports at the requisite levels.
