The financial performance of organisations with fully engaged employees is typically four times better than those with poor employee attitudes. (Watson Wyatt (2004/5)

However, Gallup recently found that on average only 31% of employees are actively engaged with their work, the remaining 69% were either not engaged or actively disengaged…or frustrated!
